Japanese club
Japanese Club (J Club) is open to students from Years 4 to 6 every Monday in the second break.
Students have the opportunity to perfect their origami skills and create various Japanese
craft projects. The art of origami requires fine motor skills and
encourages imagination, accuracy and spatial awareness. Relevant Japanese
for colours, shapes and folding is used at J Club to reinforce
vocabulary introduced in class. It is a great opportunity for
students interested in Japan and its culture.
